Research on load sharing of ship power two branches gear transmission system

Abstract: The power branch gear transmission system has been widely used in ship power transmission system because of its smaller size, light weight and smaller load of gear and bearing. The load distribution problem between branches must be considered in the power branch structure. In paper, the power two branches gear transmission system will be used as research object, study on influence of the installation of torsion shaft and tensional stiffness on the load sharing in the branch structure, the influence rule of torque shaft on load sharing characteristics of power branch gear transmission system, it can provide the basis of load sharing optimization of the transmission structure.

1 功率二分支齿轮传动系统工作原理及均载机理

2 功率二分支齿轮传动系统均载系数计算方法

1）计算扭力轴满负荷时的扭转角

 $\begin{array}{l}\varPsi = {M_{kp}}L/\left( {G{J_p}} \right)\text{，}\\{J_p} = \pi {d^4}/32\text{。}\end{array}$

2）Ⅰ级大齿轮圆周方向的位移计算

 $\begin{array}{l}l = \varPsi {d_{{{I}}{\text{大}}}}/2\text{，}\\{d_{{{I}}{\text{大}}}} = {z_{{{I}}{\text{大}}}}{m_{{I}}}/\cos \beta \text{。}\end{array}$

3）当左右侧齿隙差为Δl时，载荷不均匀系数计算

 $\varOmega = \Delta l/2l \times 100\% \text{。}$

3 扭力轴对功率二分支齿轮传动系统均载影响

3.1 扭力轴安装状态对功率二分支系统均载影响

3.2 扭力轴扭转刚度对功率二分支系统均载影响

4 结　语

1）在功率分支齿轮传动系统中，扭力轴的安装方式对系统均载性能具有重要影响，当扭力轴采用加载安装时，系统均载效果明显好于扭力轴自由安装的情况，因此在功率分支齿轮传动系统中，扭力轴的安装一般采用加载安装的方式。

2）在传动系统恒定扭矩条件下，传动系统的均载系数变化幅值较小；在系统恒定转速条件下，系统均载系数随着功率的增加而变小，上述分析显示，在大扭矩运行条件下，传动系统的均载特性会向好的方向发展，说明功率分支齿轮传动系统在加载运行的均载效果要好于空载运行情况。

3）在扭力轴安装扭矩恒定的情况下，齿轮传动系统的均载系数随着扭力轴扭转刚度的增加而增大，依据此结果，在设计功率分支传动系统扭力轴时，可以在安全强度条件下，降低扭力轴直径，提高系统均载特性。
