摘要: 报道和记述了在中国发现的寄生于美国白蛾的姬小蜂科啮小蜂属黑棒啮小蜂种团(Tetrastichus howardi species group)的2个新种:山东白蛾啮小蜂Tetrastichus shandongensis Yang,白蛾黑基啮小蜂T. nigricoxae Yang。这2种啮小蜂均群集内寄生于美国白蛾蛹中,每寄主蛹平均出蜂分别为77头和124头,平均寄生率分别为6.2%和9.8%, 在生物防治上具有良好的利用前景。文末列出了啮小蜂属黑棒啮小蜂种团中国已知3个种的检索表。新种的模式标本保存于中国林业科学研究院昆虫标本馆。

TWO NEW SPECIES OF HOWARDI SPECIES GROUP IN THE GENUS TETRASTICHUS (HYMENOPTERA:EULOPHIDAE)PARASITIZING FALL WEBWORM FROM CHINA

Abstract: This paper described two new species in the Howardi species group of the genus Tetrastichus (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae): Tetrastichus shandongensis sp. nov. and Tettrastichus nigricoxae sp. nov., which were gregariously endoparasitic in the pupae of Fall Webworm, Hyphantria cunea (Drury) (Lepidoptera: Arctiidae) from China. They were important natural enemies of the invasive pest and have played certain role in suppression of the population of Fall Webworm with the parasitic ratios 6.2% and 9.8% respectively. The two parasitoid species could be selected as biological control agents for the pest's IPM.The type specimens of the new species were deposited in the Insect Museum of Chinese Academy of Forestry. Tetrastichus shandongensis Yang, sp. nov. (Fig. 1(1-9), P1. Ⅰ)Length: ♀1.6~2.2 mm, ♂1.3~1.6 mm.The species is close to T. septentrionalis Yang 2001, but can be distinguished from it by the key (to three Chinese species) below.Holotype ♀, Wuning, Muping Dist. of Yantai City, Shandong Province, reared out on Apr 29.1997 from the pupa of Fall Webworm collected on Feb 18.1997, by Yang Zhongqi, Liu Yuming, Shi Liantong and Wang Chuanzhen. Paratypes 156♀♀48♂♂, The same data as holotype.Biology: It was endoparasitic in the pupa of Fall Webworm with 48~115 adult wasps reared out from one host pupa. Its parasitic ratio in the overwinter host was 6.2% and the proportion of female and male was 3.2:1. The egg, larva and pupa stages of the parasitoid were all developed in the host pupa and overwinter as mature larva. After emergency the wasps bited holes in host pupa shell and come out. The female adult survived for 12~15 days in the condition of temperature 25~28℃.Distribution: Till now it was only found in Shandong Province, maybe it also occurred in north China. Tetrastichus nigricoxae Yang, sp. nov. (Fig 2(1—3), P1. Ⅱ)Length: ♀1.33~2.3 mm, ♂1.2~1.8 mm.This species is close to other two Chinese species, but can be separated with the key below. It is also similar to T. sculpturatus Wasterston, a species of Uganda, but the present species with female having antenna funicle 1 thinner and longer (length almost 3 times breadth), 1.7 times the funicle 2 and as broad as pedicel is different from the latter, which with funicle 1 much shorter (length 1.8 times breadth), about the same length as funicle 2, and with breadth 1.25 times pedicel.Holotype ♀, Yangling, Shaanxi Prov, July 9, 1993, Yang Zhongqi, reared from pupa of Fall Webworm. It overwintered as mature larva in its host pupa. The parasitic ratio of the species in Fall Webworm was 6.2%~13.4%. Besides Fall Webworm it also parasitized the pupa of other severe poplar defoliators: Micromelalopha troglodyta Graeser and Stilpnotia candida Staudinger. It needed 25 days for developing a generation under the temperature 25℃ by our experiment.Distribution: Guanzhong area of Shaanxi and Xuzhou of Jiangsu Provinces. 在对我国传入性的重大害虫美国白蛾(Hyphantria cunea)的天敌昆虫调查中,笔者从山东和陕西美国白蛾发生区所采集的寄主蛹中养出了两种啮小蜂。按照传统分类对改属的界定,啮小蜂属Tetrastichus (Hymenoptera, Eulophidae: Tetrastichinae)长期以来一直被认为是整个小蜂总科中最大的属之一,种类多而混杂,分类难度很大。Graham (1987)对欧洲的啮小蜂亚科Tetrastichinae进行了重新分类,他把啮小蜂属划分成了几个较小的属。Graham对这个属的处理被许多小蜂分类专家所接受和认可(Boucek,1988Graham,1991LaSalle, 1994)。根据Graham对该属的新定义,啮小蜂属仍然为该亚科中的第三大属(LaSalle et al., 2003)。Boucek (1988)LaSalle等(2003)在他们对啮小蜂属的研究中,划分出了howardi种团(Tetrastichus howardi species group)。本种团的主要特征是:雄性成虫触角棒节均为黑色,其它各节黄色;雌、雄性成虫的足大多为鲜亮的黄色而易与其它种团相区别。本种团的种类多群集内寄生于鳞翅目昆虫蛹。迄今本种团的种类共有4种,仅在亚洲和非洲发现(LaSalle et al., 2003)。经我们对从美国白蛾中养出的这2种啮小蜂进行分类研究,确定为黑棒啮小蜂种团的2个新种,即山东白蛾啮小蜂Tetrastichus shandongensis sp. nov.和白蛾黑基啮小蜂T. nigricoxae sp. nov.。

杨忠岐等(2001)已发表了在中国和韩国发现的寄生于美国白蛾的本种团的一个新种——白蛾黑棒啮小蜂(T. septentrionalis Yang), 因此,本种团内我国现有3种。这3种均为美国白蛾蛹期的初寄生蜂,是美国白蛾的重要天敌,同时也寄生我国其它一些十分重要的鳞翅目食叶害虫蛹,而且人工繁殖比较容易,在生物防治上具有良好的利用前景。为了区分这3个种,本文列出了这3种的检索表,新种的模式标本保存在中国林业科学研究院昆虫标本馆。

雌:体长1.6~2.2 mm, 正模体长2.0 mm。全体深褐色带铜绿色金属光泽,但腹部第2节之后无金属光泽;触角柄节、梗节基半部及足各节均为黄色,有时前足基节、腿节为污黄色;触角梗节端半部及环状节和各足之爪黄褐色;触角索节、棒节深褐色;翅脉污黄色,前翅透明,中部带浅烟色。

头部背面观哑铃形(图版Ⅰ-2),头前部中央内凹与后头中部前凹程度几相同;头宽为长的2.1~2.2倍,为中胸盾片宽的1.2倍;上颊短,长仅为复眼的0.1倍;头顶、后头及颜面均具极细密的凹脊网状刻纹,头顶散生稀而短的褐色刚毛;复眼上被短纤毛;POL为OOL的1.5倍,单眼小,OOL为OD的2倍。头部正面观(图版Ⅰ-1)宽为长的1.3倍;触角窝位于复眼下缘连线处,2窝间距与窝横径相等;复眼长与宽近相等(38:36);额部两复眼间距为复眼长的1.3倍;颚眼沟完整,长为复眼的0.7倍,比口区宽略小(29:26);触角洼浅,上达中单眼前缘,但不接触中单眼,洼底光滑,中央具1不明显的纵脊。洼底下延至脸区中部,在颜面上形成1略似菱形的平坦区域,洼侧区不鼓凸,由触角洼侧逐渐向复眼内缘升高凸隆,基本与复眼内缘高度在同一水平上。整个口缘平截,唇基端缘双齿状,脸区及洼侧区的刚毛疏而短。触角(图版Ⅰ-4图 1-1)柄节细长,伸达头顶,长度仅稍大于复眼长(40:38);梗节与鞭节长度之和小于头宽(81:86);梗节比索节1短而狭,宽为后者的0.8倍;环状节1节;索节1向索节3渐变宽、变短,3索节长度之和与柄节相等;索节1呈基窄端宽的梯形,长为宽的2倍,为梗节长的1.1倍;为索节2的1.3~1.5倍,为索节2+3的0.7倍;触角在棒节1处最宽,棒节端部具端针,其长度为末棒节的2/3;3棒节长度之和与索节2+3相等;索节及棒节各节上各具1排条形感觉器。

胸部(图版Ⅰ-5, 6)背面稍圆隆,长为宽的1.5倍。前胸背板(图版Ⅰ-2)短钟形,宽为长的4.8倍,近后缘具1排刚毛,中部断开,每侧5根,其前部还散生一些短刚毛;整个背板具显著的凸脊细密网状刻纹。中胸盾片长为后缘宽的1.6~1.7倍,盾纵沟宽而深,具邻盾沟刚毛3~5根,但多为4根,列为1排;中纵沟较深,不完整,仅在中胸盾片中叶后部3/4存在;中胸盾片及小盾片上具极细密的凹脊网状刻纹。中胸小盾片长稍大于宽(36:34),但小于中胸盾片长(36:40);亚中沟深而完整,在前缘处相向会聚,2亚中沟间距大于亚中沟与亚缘沟间距(14:9);小盾片后缘处具1邻缘深横沟,从而划分出呈脊状的后缘,沟内具多条短纵脊;小盾片刚毛2对,第一对位于中部之前或之后,位置变化较大。后胸盾片较小,近长方形,长为中胸小盾片的1/6,为其前方的由横沟划分出的中胸小盾片脊状后缘的4.7倍,宽为长的3.3倍,表面刻纹不明显,因而显得光滑,具不甚凸出的中纵脊。并胸腹节长为后胸盾片的3倍,为中胸小盾片的1/2;中区位于后胸盾片之下,表面具不规则的弱脊网状刻纹,因而显得光滑,并散生2~3条弱横脊:中纵脊十分凸出,与后胸盾片在同一水平上,且加宽形成双脊状;后缘中部呈脊状深刻入,与中纵脊连成1显著的倒“Y”形;侧褶明显,与后缘脊内缘形成45°角突出,侧褶前伸达气门前缘位置处但未达并胸腹节前缘;气门内侧脊在气门处高隆,向后斜伸向并胸腹节后侧角,与侧褶一起形成一明显的三角形区域,该区内具显著的凸脊网状刻纹;气门圆形,与并胸腹节前缘的距离约为其横径;侧胝表面具网状刻纹,其上生有刚毛8根左右;并胸腹节后侧角钝(图 1-5),不呈齿状凸出。前翅(图 1-3)长为最宽处的2.8倍,置于体背时伸出达腹末之外,伸出部分约为腹部长度的1/10;亚前缘脉上仅具1根刚毛,前缘室与缘脉近等长;缘脉具10根长刚毛,缘脉长为痣脉的3.4~3.6倍;基无毛区闭式,小;后翅狭长(图 1-4),长为宽的4.8倍,顶角尖突。侧面观胸腹侧片大,三角形,表面略平坦,具较粗的凸脊网状刻纹;中胸盾片侧叶位于侧面的一半具显著的凸脊网状刻纹;中胸侧板凸出,表面光滑,侧板沟深,其上部加宽;中胸前侧片中部具1略呈水滴状的凹陷区,并向后部呈狭带状延伸,凹陷区表面具显著的细密凸脊网状刻纹;后胸侧板三角形,陷于凸出的并胸腹节侧胝和中胸侧板后缘之下,后缘脊状,表面平,具显著的凸脊网状刻纹;中胸前侧片下缘具浅的基节前沟。足各节正常,前足基节背方具网状刻纹,后足基节背面具不明显的弱皱脊;中足胫节距长为跗节1的0.6倍;后足跗节短,长为胫节的0.73倍。

腹柄圆锥形,后缘呈显著的脊突。腹部(图版Ⅰ-7)椭圆形,两侧对称,长为宽的1.8倍,为胸部的1.2倍,为整个体长的0.46倍;最宽处在腹部长的1/2处,宽度仅稍大于胸部(36:34);腹部背面在干标本中常凹陷,表面具很浅的凹脊网状刻纹,因而显得近光滑;背板上具稀疏的刚毛,但背板1~4仅两侧有刚毛。背板1长为整个腹部的0.24倍,背板2~5长度基本相等;尾须刚毛有1根长为其它的2倍有余,且扭曲;产卵器鞘稍伸出腹末;下生殖板位于腹中部略靠前处。

雄:与雌相似,但体较小,长1.3~1.6mm。触角(图版Ⅰ-3图 1-2)棒节3节黑色,其余各节亮黄色,但柄节下缘的片胝褐色;足各节黄色;爪褐色,有时后足基节基半部或全部及中足基节为褐色;触角柄节侧扁,下方形成凸出的片胝(plaque),其上具长刚毛5根左右,刚毛端半部弯曲;索节4节,由基部节向端部节渐加宽,但长度则渐变短,索节1长为宽的1.8倍,长几与索节2相等(9:8.5),宽度几与梗节等宽,各节长度、宽度见图版Ⅰ-3;棒节显著膨大,具端针。后胸盾片光滑,有时无纵脊。并胸腹节中纵脊加宽成中间为槽状的双纵脊状;中区内光滑,无皱脊。腹部卵圆形,长为宽的1.45倍,与胸部等长。雄性外生殖器见图 1-6

正模:♀,山东烟台市牟平区武宁镇,1997-Ⅱ-18采美国白蛾蛹,1997-Ⅳ-29羽化出蜂,杨忠岐,刘玉明,时连同,王传珍采;副模156♀♀48♂♂,同正模。

生物学:群集内寄生于美国白蛾蛹中,在寄主越冬蛹中的寄生率为6.2%,每蛹出蜂48~115头,雌雄性比为3.2:1。雌蜂在25℃的室温下可存活10~15d。成蜂羽化后咬破寄主蛹壳而出,每蛹壳上可咬多个羽化孔。

分布:目前仅在山东省烟台市发现,可能也分布我国华北、华中地区。

本新种与白蛾黑棒啮小蜂T. septentrionalis Yang相似,区别见本文后的检索表。

白蛾黑基啮小蜂Tetrastichus nigricoxae Yang新种(图版Ⅱ图 2(1-3))

雌:体长1.3~2.3 mm,正模体长2.1 mm。头胸部及腹部背板1黑色带蓝绿色金属光泽,腹部其它部分深褐色;触角柄节黄白色,梗节与环状节烟黄色,其余各节黑褐色;足基节同体色,但前后足基节端部、有时中足基节和各足爪为褐色,且无蓝绿色金属光泽,足其余各节均为污黄色;翅基片黄褐色;翅透明,前翅中部浅烟色,翅脉污黄色。

头部背面观(图版Ⅱ-2)略呈哑铃形,宽为长的2.3倍,为中胸盾片宽的1.长为复眼的0.1倍;复眼上的纤毛很短,不明显;后头、头顶及颜面具细密的凹脊网状刻纹,头顶上散生稀疏刚毛;POL为OOL的1.5倍,OOL为OD的2.2倍。头部正面观(图版Ⅱ-1)宽为长的1.3倍;触角窝间距稍大于窝横径(10:9);复眼长为宽的1.2倍,颜面中部2复眼间距为复眼长的1.3倍;颚眼沟深而直,长为复眼的0.7倍;口区较宽,为颚眼沟长的1.1倍;复眼中下部具深而狭的邻眼沟;脸区的其它特征与前种相似,唯洼侧区刚毛较密,刚毛基窝更明显。触角(图版Ⅱ-4图 2-1)柄节端部刚刚伸达中单眼前缘,没有到达头顶,长度与复眼相等;梗节与鞭节长度之和稍小于头宽(85:92);梗节显著比索节1短,而与索节1几等宽(7:7.5);索节1细长,长为宽的2.7~3.0倍,是梗节长的1.4倍,为索节2的1.6~1.7倍,是索节2+3的0.83倍;索节2长大于宽(长:宽=13:9),索节3长宽相等;棒节长与索节2+3几相等(22:23),端针长为末棒节的1/2以上;索节及棒节1上具2排条形感觉器,棒节2、3上仅具1排,条形感器端半部刚毛状,伸突出各节表面之上。

胸部(图版Ⅱ-56)长为宽的1.4倍,特征与前种相似。前胸背板近后缘具1排长刚毛,中部断开,每侧7~9根,其前方的坡面区还散生一些短刚毛;盾片表面光滑,坡区表面具极细密的凹脊网状刻纹。中胸盾片中叶上的邻纵沟刚毛4~5根,排成1列,有时同一个体两侧的刚毛数也有差别;中纵沟完整,后半部深而端部1/3浅;中胸盾片侧叶侧角处有短刚毛6根左右。整个中胸盾片及小盾片上具极细密的凹脊网状刻纹,整齐一致。中胸小盾片长为宽的1.1倍,略小于中胸盾片长(40:42),亚中沟完整,深而宽,2沟间距为亚中沟至亚缘沟的1.4倍;小盾片后缘处有1深而宽的邻缘横沟,沟内具短纵脊,从而划分出1较宽的略呈新月形的后缘区,其长为小盾片的0.17倍,为后胸盾片长的0.63倍,表面具不规则的弱斜脊。后胸盾片明显,宽为长的2.5倍,长为中胸小盾片的0.2倍,中部具1弱纵脊,表面分布不规则的细脊纹。并胸腹节长为后胸盾片的2.3倍,为中胸小盾片的0.45倍;另外,下述特征与前种不同:后缘脊在中部仅浅弧形内凹,不与中纵脊相连形成倒“Y”形;中纵脊加宽成双脊状,后半部宽度显著加大;由侧褶与邻气门脊形成的三角形区域内的网状刻纹与中区内的相同,不特别显著;中区内还具不规则的皱脊多条图版Ⅱ-5(图版Ⅱ-5, 7);气门外缘显著凸出成脊状;侧胝上有刚毛15根左右;并胸腹节后侧角稍尖,呈齿状凸出。前翅(图 2-2)长为最宽处的2.4倍,前缘室稍长于缘脉(60:56);缘脉长为痣脉的4.0~4.3倍;后翅顶角圆滑,不呈尖突状。侧面观胸腹侧片大,表面不平坦,胸腹侧片、前足基节和后胸侧板上的凸脊网状刻纹显著,粗细一致;中胸侧板凸出,表面近光滑,侧板沟深, 略弯,上部不加宽;中胸前侧片上没有形成明显的水滴状凹陷区。中足基节表面的网状刻纹弱,因而近光滑;前后足基节表面具凸脊网状刻纹,后足基节背方的网状刻纹间有显著的不规则皱脊;中足胫节端距长为跗节1的0.7倍;后足跗节长为胫节的0.7倍。

腹柄横条形,后缘脊凸出。腹部(图版Ⅱ-7)阔矛形,在前部1/3处(背板2后侧缘处)达最宽,端部尖突;长为宽的1.1~1.3倍,为胸部长的1.16倍,为整体长的0.46倍,宽为胸部的1.25~1.30倍;背板1长为腹部的0.3~0.35倍,表面光滑,以后的各节背板表面具细密的浅凹脊网状刻纹,近于光滑;背板1~4各节仅侧方具稀疏的刚毛,5~7节整个背板具刚毛;尾须刚毛有1根长为其余各节的2倍有余,且扭曲。产卵器略露出或刚达到腹末。下生殖板位于腹长的1/2处。

雄:体长1.2~1.8 mm,其它特征与雌相似。触角除棒节为黑色外,其余各节均为烟黄色,各足基节均为黑褐色,前后足基节上有时具蓝绿色金属光泽,各足基节端部及其余各节黄色略带烟色;触角(图版Ⅱ-3)柄节上的感觉毛密而长,腹面片胝(plaque)也为黄色,其上生有刚毛5~6根, 刚毛端部折弯;索节1长为宽的2.8倍,为索节2的1.2倍,宽度明显小于梗节(4.5:6);中胸盾片中叶上的邻纵沟刚毛3~4根;并胸腹节中区无皱脊,因而光滑;腹部椭圆形,长为宽的1.4倍,为胸部长的0.9倍,宽度稍小于胸部(48:50)。雄性外生殖器见图 2(3-4)。

正模:♀,陕西杨凌区,1993-Ⅶ-9,杨忠岐,自美国白蛾蛹中养出。副模:20♀♀5♂♂,同正模;24♀♀1♂陕西杨凌,1994-Ⅴ-10,杨忠岐、谢恩魁,自美国白蛾蛹中养出;60♀♀15♂♂,陕西杨凌,1990-Ⅷ-20,养自美国白蛾蛹;42♀♀20♂♂,江苏徐州市铜山县大庙前坡村,1997-Ⅶ-20,郭同斌、梁波,自杨小舟蛾(Micromelalopha troglodyta Graeser)(Lepidoptera: Notodontidae)蛹中养出;5♀♀;陕西杨凌,1996-Ⅵ-10,郭新荣、李孟楼,自杨毒蛾(Stilpnotia candida Staudinger)(Lepidoptera: Lymantridae)蛹中养出。

生物学:群集内寄生于美国白蛾蛹,每蛹出蜂86~168头,雌雄性比1.9:1。笔者曾作过人工繁殖试验,夏季人工接蜂,在25℃条件下繁殖1代需25d。在美国白蛾蛹中的自然寄生率达6.2%~13.4%,平均为9.8%,是控制美国白蛾的重要天敌。同时,本种还寄生为害杨树和柳树的杨小舟蛾及杨毒蛾蛹。

分布:陕西关中地区, 江苏徐州市。

本种以各足基节同体色(黑色或黑褐色具蓝绿色金属光泽)与本种团内非洲乌干达的T. sculpturatus Waterston (1915)相似,但本种雌第1索节细长(长几为宽的3倍),长为第2索节的1.7倍及与梗节等宽(后者第1索节长为宽的1.8倍,长与第2索节几相等,宽为梗节的1.25倍)可以区别。

本种与在我国已发现的姬小蜂科啮小蛾属黑棒啮小蜂种团内的山东白蛾啮小蜂T. shandongensis及白蛾黑棒啮小蜂T. septentrionalis近似,可从以下检索表予以区别。

2雄并胸腹节中纵脊加宽成双脊状,后缘中部脊呈倒“∨”形刻入;雌并胸腹节中纵脊与呈倒“∨”形刻入的后缘中部脊相连呈倒“Y”形, 侧褶脊与后缘脊内方形成45°角突出;雌雄并胸腹节后侧角钝,不呈齿状突出(图 1-5);雌后翅顶角尖突(图 1-4)………山东白蛾啮小蜂T. shandongensis sp. nov.
