University of Copenhagen opens a postdoc position in Proteome
Bioinformatics. The candidate will primarily focus on
computational analysis of mass- spectrometry- based proteomics
data. This includes developing new, improved methods for
analyzing spectra, optimization of analysis protocols, and
application of these to specific datasets. The focus will be
on improving the identification of post-translationally modified
peptides, which arise in cellular signaling processes and through
chemical modification, in particular in ancient samples, which may
also consist of mixtures of species. The work will involve close
collaboration with the Proteomics Program at CPR. Qualifications:
Candidates are required to have a PhD degree in science or
equivalent; An analytical aptitude of devising innovative solutions
to scientific and technical problems; Experience with
programming is required, preferably in as scripting language like
Python; Knowledge in molecular biology or biochemistry is

INSERM UMR1064 opens a post-doctoral position in Liver
Immunology. The research project focuses on liver immunology in
tumour, autoimmune and allogeneic conditions, investigating new
pathways of immune regulation, and developing innovative
immunotherapy strategies based on modulation of the hepatic
immune response. The successful candidate will join a challenging project seeking to characterize new molecular and cellular
mechanisms involved in immune tolerance induction via livertargeted
gene transfer. This project combines preclinical in vivo
approaches on mouse models as well as in vitro studies on human
primary cells. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated,
recent doctoral graduate with experience in immunology, molecular
biology, and cell culture techniques. Validated experience in
experimental animal models is necessary. Knowledge of hepatology
and viral gene transfer technology would be highly advantageous.

Memorial Sloan Kettering opens a postdoctoral researcher position
in Computational Biologist. The candidate will have the
opportunity to interact with expert investigators in computational
biology, sarcoma biology, translational therapeutics, and molecular

The Illinois Natural History Survey (INHS) is soliciting
applications for a two-year postdoctoral research associate.
Scientists whose research interests fit within those of the Illinois
Natural History Survey are encouraged to apply. Applicants should

University of Iowa has a postdoctoral research position for
interested individuals to pursue projects in the development of in
vitro human models of congenital heart disease leveraging an
extensive collection of genomic DNA (> 5,000), fibroblasts (> 250)
and iPSC (>50) models of discrete CHD phenotypes. Using a
combination of Next Gen Sequencing and animal models, they

Princeton University is soliciting applications for a number of
postdoctoral or more senior research associate in the Neuroscience
of Attention & Perception Laboratory (NA&P Lab), led by Dr.
Sabine Kastner. The lab studies attention at various levels of
processing from subcortical structures (LGN, pulvinar) to higherorder

art methods in normal human and patient populations, as well as
non- human primates. Essential qualifications for these positions
