Abstract: Diaphragm coupling with its simple structure, small size, high reliability and can compensate for its input and output displacement deviation by its maximize elastic deformation is widely used in aerospace, marine, and chemical etc. diaphragmis an important work indiaphragm coupling. But as rotary machinery, it iseasily damaged. Therefore, in this paper, simulation analysis the stress distribution of diaphragm coupling at each load and its torsional stiffness, axial stiffness and angular stiffness are made calculation and analysis. The results can be used as an important reference for design and optimization of diaphragm coupling.
