Special vessels docking process analysis

Abstract: Regarding vessels without underwater appendage, longitudinal docking process appears to be reliable and convenient but leading to a larger docking water depth requirement. The essay analyzes the docking process of vessels with underwater appendage by combining real project. In order to minimize the consuming, and optimize the process, the specific dock process is demonstrated and analyzed by considering docking water level requirements, docking arrangement constraints.
